Join us for the annual New Crossing Church's Men's Weekend -
Mount Morris Camp and Retreat Center
September 5-7, 2025.

Isaac Fleming will guide us through thought provoking discussions as we discover together how to understand and apply Biblical truth to our everyday life. 

We will engage in small and large group discussions, have time alone with God, worship and of course great food and time to get to know each other more!

Topics include: Faith and Morality, God and Mind, Christ in a diverse religious and non-religious world, Nature and God. 

Arrival/Departure: Arrive time is 6:00 PM Friday or later if necessary. Dinner is pizza – no problem if you need to arrive later after work. Departure Sunday noon, give or take (lunch on Sunday is not
included)
Location: Mount Morris Camp and Retreat Center (www.mt-morris.org). W6016 Blackhawk Rd, Wautoma. It’s approx. 7 mi on Hwy 152.
Facility: We are in the Sandhill Center, which is to the left as you drive into Mt Morris Conference Center. There is plenty of parking in front of the building.

Meals: Friday evening pizza; Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; and Sunday breakfast are provided. We will also provide snacks, water, lemonade, and coffee/tea. Feel free to bring anything in
particular that you would like for yourself or to share.
Rooms: There are 10 rooms in Sandhill, each containing 1 set of bunk beds and a twin. Usually there is no more than one or two to a room. Feel free to make your own arrangements as to who you will
bunk with. Linens (blankets, pillows & towels) are provided.
Tenting: You also have the option to set up a tent for those who prefer sleeping outside. You will need to provide your own tent but have full access to the showers and bathrooms. Just let us know
if you are choosing this option.
Showers:  There are two good sized bathrooms with private shower stalls (3 stalls in each).
Friday Disc Golf (Optional): If you want to disc golf on Friday from 4:00 to 5:30pm contact Craig (608-843-3132) We meet in the parking lot at “Wilderness” in Montello, WI and the cost is $6 per
person. It’s about a 55 minute drive from Sun Prairie and we will start at 4:00pm sharp so don’t be late.

What to Bring:
The following is not an extensive list, but over the years these are things that maybe someone wished
they had brought.  Your choice, of course.
1. Bible and journal
2. Indoor comfortable clothing and outdoor gear for trail walking
3. Slippers/moccasins for lounging around (smoking jackets and fedoras are acceptable)
4. Comfortable chair…Mt. Morris does have seating, but some like to bring camping chairs
5. Bug spray/sunscreen for outdoor adventures
6. Flip flops, and personal toiletries for the washroom
7. Earplugs
8. Small fan
9. Pillow (bedding and pillows are provided by Mt. Morris but some prefer their own)
10. Cards, board games, etc. for the evenings
11. Bag toss, ladder golf, or other outdoor games (weather permitting)
12. Camera device
